I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms offered great views over the town, were very clean, and provided a good size for comfort. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, making my stay extremely enjoyable. However, there were some service issues that could have been better, but overall a great experience.

Although the events manager's service was really world-class, there was an unfortunate incident where they entered our room despite the 'do not disturb' sign, which was quite disturbing. Additionally, our request for a taxi to the airport was mishandled.
